Exciting news! American Theatre Company Event Space is undergoing a name change for the venue space only. Our new venue name is:




American Theatre Company is still the resident theatre company and the Studios are still available for rental. Only the building name is changing. Same owners and management!


Consider having your reception, fundraiser, birthday party, or corporate event at our very cool East Village location in the sunny side of Downtown Tulsa! 


Our studios consist of 2 large warehouse style rooms (approximately 300. 0 square feet each) that will accommodate 200+  at a sit down dinner or stand up circulating event. You can rent one room or both. 

Our amenities include:


  • Catering Facility
  • Ample space, including refrigeration, to store your prepared food.
  • 8 x 16 stage 
  • Stage lighting
  • 3 rolling bars that can be placed where you need them.
  • Nine 8 foot tables that can be used for serving tables or for other needs. 
  • Seven bistro tables
  • Four round tall bar tables.
  • Flexibility to use the caterer of your choice.
  • 100 chairs
  • Outdoor bistro seating for 20

We can provide assistance in renting additional tables and chairs, linens, theatrical light and sound equipment to full production services.

Evening Rentals (Non Holiday)

Thursday, Friday or Saturday Evenings – $1300

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday Evenings – $1000

Holiday Evening Rentals – $varies

December Evening Rentals – $1500

Day Time Rentals

4 hour (non holiday ) time slot $500


NEW!!! Shower Special: $300 on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. Three hour time slot. Not available in December.


Fifty percent due upon signing Rental Agreement. Nonrefundable.

Final payment due 60 days prior to event. Nonrefundable.

Price includes:

Clean facility, tables, chairs, and amenities listed.

House Manager on site.

Other items that may be negotiated. (Example: wine and beer cash bar)


Price does not include:

Final clean up after event. Please take your personal items and remaining food and beverages.

Media production equipment such as extra lighting or sound.

Tables, chairs, table cloths, and decorator items beyond what we have previously listed.

Extra security if needed.

Food and beverage.
